The current Newsletter will only be published on the website some time after the related Members' Meeting as those that physically attend meetings will benefit from priority in event reservations.

Our events calendar is currently around 50 activities a year.

Half is represented by our monthly meetings with entertainment or speakers and nigh-monthly short walks / Blue Badge Walks.

The Committee then endeavour to provide an active programme of ad hoc events, roughly one every two weeks, covering:

1) a meal every other month;

2) Coach trips, where the coastal ones normally involve a meal;

3) West End Theatre Trips;

4) Local AmDram shows;

5) Local Socials, essentially in the Joydens Wood Community Hall;

6) Other Events, usually requiring travel but not by coach.

The current Committee is short of three bodies per the Constitution.
