SCHEDULE OF MONTHLY MEMBERS' MEETINGS
Occur on the Fourth Tuesday of Every Month

Start time: doors open at 1:30 pm
1:30-2:15: provides opportunity to view and book events on offer on the Events Desks, and
opportunity in which to purchase raffle tickets.
1:30-2pm: 'chat time' after which the Chair will provide safety and event announcements, highlight events being sold in case anyone overlooked any, and will encourage chatting to die-down before the entertainment begins.
2:15-3:15: Entertainment
3:30: Refreshments, and another chance to book events.
4:00: The Raffle
End time: meetings end between 4:20 and 4:30pm
